On 27th September 2018, QIAGEN Representatives (formerly Exiqon) organized a second Midlands noncoding-RNA seminar which was hosted by the Aston University (Birmingham).
I was invited to give a talk about my project and once again, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet other scientists working on my research area. I was the only PhD student presenting but the environment was friendly and relaxed. I felt more confident compared to the first seminar and I had a very good feedback. More importantly, new ideas came up to advance my project in the noncoding RNA research.
Looking forward to the 3rd seminar, which hopefully will be hosted at the University of Sheffield.
